Discover Fab's Exclusive Spring Sale and Enhanced Features

Epic's unified digital marketplace, Fab, launched in October, offers a wide range of digital assets for game developers and creators across various engines and 3D tools. On April 22nd, Fab will kick off its spring sale, featuring discounts of up to 70% on over 60,000 products across all categories. Additionally, users who make a purchase of $25 or more can receive a complimentary 6-month subscription to Adobe Substance Painter and Modeler. The Spring Creator Sale will conclude on April 29, while the Adobe promotion will run until May 31. Since its launch, Epic has released several updates to enhance Fab's search functionality, introduce new filters, and improve the user interface. In response to community feedback, the Fab team has implemented a wishlist feature and enabled the association of Q&A forum threads with product listings. Epic has ambitious plans to further enhance Fab in the coming months, including the addition of text reviews, one-click imports into various game engines and 3D tools, and support for new 2D and 3D file formats. As a one-stop destination for digital content, Fab allows users to browse and find assets such as 3D character models, environments, VFX, audio, animations, plug-ins, and more. The platform supports all types of creators, regardless of the tools they use, including Unreal Engine, Unity 3D, Blender, Maya, and other digital content creation tools. Unreal Engine developers can access Fab directly through an integrated plugin in Unreal Engine 5, while Fortnite-ready assets can be accessed via Fab's UEFN integration. The homepage features links to different channels, making it easy to search for assets compatible with Unreal Engine, UEFN, and Unity. A featured products bar showcases assets from popular creators and studios. Fab is also the new home for Quixel Megascans, offering over 17,000 high-fidelity assets, including 1,500 top-quality photorealistic assets available for free to all users. The platform's filters and next-generation real-time 3D viewer make it easy for users to find and inspect assets before making a purchase.
