Behaviour Interactive, the Canadian developer behind Dead by Daylight, has acquired The Fun Pimps, the studio responsible for 7 Days to Die. The acquisition is part of Behaviour's strategy to create a portfolio of horror IPs. The Fun Pimps' co-founders, Richard and Joel Huenink, decided to sell after considering options for growing the company, choosing Behaviour for its cultural alignment and support. Behaviour aims to help The Fun Pimps continue developing 7 Days to Die, providing production expertise and marketing support.
