GamesIndustry.biz Unveils Inaugural HR Summit in London this September
This September, GamesIndustry.biz will launch its inaugural HR Summit at BAFTA's headquarters in London, featuring a range of keynote talks, roundtable discussions, and networking opportunities, culminating in the 2023 UK Best Places To Work Awards. Tickets are now available, with an Early Bird offer of £130 + VAT, increasing to £150 on June 1st, 2023. The event is sponsored by Amiqus and Rocksteady. The first keynote speaker, Anika Grant, Ubisoft's Chief People Officer, will discuss the company's efforts to implement change and drive employee engagement, career development, and cultural transformation in the wake of recent challenges. Dr Zara Nanu, co-founder and CEO of Gapsquare, will deliver the second keynote address, drawing on her experience in combating human trafficking and advocating for women's rights. She will discuss her work in promoting equality and inclusivity in the workplace. Further details of her talk will be announced in the coming weeks. Other conference topics will include the benefits of four-day working weeks, internships, education solutions, creating a sense of community in hybrid work environments, and navigating the cost-of-living crisis. The event will conclude with the UK Best Places To Work Awards ceremony.
