"My past experiences with Rik Alexander have always yielded positive results," Norman stated. "I'm equally impressed by CEO Myke Parrott's drive and commitment to our shared vision." Norman emphasized the importance of prioritizing partner relationships, including both staff and customers, to drive long-term success. "Rather than focusing solely on revenue or margin goals, we will invest in understanding and supporting our partners' success, which will ultimately lead to our own growth and achievements," he explained. CEO Myke Parrott welcomed Norman, saying, "Rik and Andy have a proven track record of building industry leaders. With our reputation for solving complex Unreal Engine challenges, we require exceptional operational leadership to manage our growth trajectory, and Andy's expertise in nurturing culture at scale makes him an ideal fit for our team."
