During her tenure as CEO, Baylay-Bell successfully led Testronic through a period of significant change, including the expansion of its global Centres of Excellence, the introduction of a new brand identity, and the implementation of the company's 'Player-Focused, Partner-First, and Outcomes-Led' strategy. Additionally, Testronic has appointed Mike Fitzgerald as Chief Revenue Officer and Samantha Williams as Chief Commercial Officer.
