Stormind Games Secures Investment for New Projects

Italian game development studio Stormind Games has successfully completed a new round of investment, which will be utilized to support the development of new projects, including a game based on a prominent Hollywood intellectual property. This move follows the studio's previous work on notable titles such as the Remothered series, Mafia: The Old Country, and A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead. The additional funding will enable Stormind Games to expand its production capabilities and co-finance major projects with leading game publishers. The investment round was led by Marsa Holding, a family office focused on ventures in Southern Italy, with support from Italian financial institutions Intesa Sanpaolo and Mediocredito Centrale. As part of the agreement, Marsa Holding has acquired a 10% stake in Stormind Holding. According to CEO Antonio Cannata, this investment marks a significant milestone in the studio's growth, allowing it to scale its production capacity while maintaining its independence and unique Italian approach to game development.
