Niki Head and Chiara Santevecchi to Discuss AI's Impact on Work Culture at GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit 2025

Niki Head, People and Development Director at Stellar Entertainment, and Chiara Santevecchi, Founder and CEO of Teem Camp, are set to participate in a panel discussion about AI at the upcoming GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit. Their session, 'Culture in the Age of AI', will delve into the transformative effects of AI on work culture and strategies for introducing AI tools to employees. Head, who has been with Stellar Entertainment since 2021, is currently focused on understanding the opportunities and challenges presented by AI and emerging technologies in the workplace. Santevecchi's work at Teem Camp combines behavioural science and AI with team-building activities to create lasting impacts on trust, communication, and well-being at work.
