Gina Jackson and Liz Prince to Lead Session at GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit 2025

Gina Jackson of Skillfull and Liz Prince, business manager at Amiqus, have been confirmed as hosts for a session at the upcoming GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit. Their presentation, titled 'The Talent Reset – Skills, Sustainability, and Fairness in the Games Talent Agenda', will examine the increasing significance of interdisciplinary expertise in meeting the demand for sustainable studio cultures and equitable opportunities, offering practical advice and innovative viewpoints on thriving in a transitioning industry. Jackson and Prince will be joining other previously announced speakers, including Nicky Ormrod, chief people officer at Sega Europe, as well as Simon Court and Dan Bobby of Value Partnership, who will be presenting 'SEGA – Recode for Growth'. The third annual GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit is scheduled to take place on October 2, 2025, at The Royal Institution in London, with the full speaker lineup and session details to be announced soon. Tickets for the event, which includes entry to the Best Places to Work Awards, are available. The finalists for the Best Places to Work Awards were announced last week, with NaturalMotion, a Zynga-owned studio, leading the nominations across all six categories, closely followed by Rare and the UK division of Behaviour Interactive.
