Finalists Unveiled for the 2025 GamesIndustry.biz Best Places To Work Awards UK

We are delighted to announce the finalists for the 2025 UK GamesIndustry.biz Best Places To Work Awards special categories. These awards acknowledge exceptional achievement in specific areas and are presented in addition to the overall awards for small, medium, and large companies. NaturalMotion, a Zynga-owned studio, leads with nominations in all six categories, closely followed by Microsoft-owned Rare with five nominations. Behaviour Interactive's UK arm has received three nominations, while Playground Games, Rocksteady, Fireshine Games, Studio Gobo, and Tanglewood Games have each secured two nominations. Michael French, head of Games London, expressed his congratulations to the nominees, highlighting the importance of embracing sustainability in the industry. David Ortiz, COO of ICO Partners, also commended the finalists for their dedication to creating a more diverse and inclusive gaming industry. The winners of both the special awards and the overall awards will be announced at the Royal Institution in London on October 2, 2025, following the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit. The HR Summit, sponsored by Amiqus, will feature speakers such as Sega's Nicky Ormrod and will discuss topics including positive growth trajectory in the industry.
