John Davison, Senior Vice President and Publisher at IGN Entertainment, has revealed his decision to leave the company. His departure is set for August 29, 2025, as he prepares to 'start a new chapter', according to a statement from IGN Entertainment President Yael Prough. Prough expressed gratitude for Davison's contributions, wishing him success in his future pursuits. With over three decades of experience in the gaming industry, Davison joined IGN in 2019, bringing a wealth of expertise from his previous roles, including leading Rolling Stone's Glixel and holding executive positions at Ziff Davis Media and CBS Interactive.
