Exhibitor Bookings for Gamescom Surpass Last Year's Figures, Paving the Way for a Record-Breaking 2025 Event

Organizers of Gamescom 2025 have announced that the event is on track to break records, with an 11% increase in exhibitor bookings compared to the same time last year. The newly announced exhibitors include CI Games, Disney+, Electronic Arts, Giants Software, Headup, Kalypso, Konami, Lego, Level Infinite, Marvelous Europe, Netflix, Paramount, Sega, and Tencent Games, adding to the already impressive list. To accommodate the high demand for exhibition space, the public entertainment area at Koelnmesse will now extend to Hall 8, while the indie area will expand into Hall 10.2, and a dedicated event arena will be set up in Hall 1. To help attendees navigate the vast venue, Gamescom will introduce a mobile location finder on August 20. The Opening Night Live event, co-hosted by Geoff Keighley and Eefje Depoortere on August 19, will feature Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 as its first confirmed game, and esports events are also set to expand this year. According to Gamescom director Tim Endres, "Gamescom 2025 promises to be even bigger and more exciting, reaffirming its position as the central hub of the global gaming community." Gamescom 2025 is scheduled to take place from August 20 to August 25.
