According to sources, these emails were also distributed to staff members at PlayFusion, a company acquired by Build A Rocket Boy last year. Sources further claim that Build A Rocket Boy's CEO, Leslie Benzies, addressed the staff in a brief video call, suggesting a possible relaunch of MindsEye and attributing the studio's struggles to internal and external sabotage. The company has been contacted for further clarification. Previously, co-CEO Mark Gerhard stated that there was a deliberate effort to undermine Build A Rocket Boy and MindsEye during a Q&A session on the official MindsEye Discord. Gerhard expressed that it was evident that certain individuals were attempting to disparage the game and the studio.
