Wizards of the Coast Partners with Giant Skull for Exclusive Dungeons & Dragons Game Publishing

Wizards of the Coast, the owner of Dungeons & Dragons, has entered into an exclusive publishing agreement with Giant Skull to develop action-adventure games driven by gameplay and storytelling. Giant Skull, founded in 2024 and led by Stig Asmussen, director of Star Wars Jedi, will commence the partnership with a single-player action-adventure title set in the Dungeons & Dragons world, marking a significant milestone for both companies. The agreement expands Wizards of the Coast's growing portfolio of games. Although Giant Skull has not disclosed further details, the game is currently in development for PC and console platforms, with additional information to be announced later. According to Asmussen, 'Our team at Giant Skull is dedicated to fostering creativity and curiosity.
