Side Expands Presence in South America with New Sao Paulo Studio
Side, a leading gaming services provider, has launched a new state-of-the-art studio in Sao Paulo, Brazil, as part of its aggressive expansion plans in South America. Located in the Butantã area, the studio aims to more than double its workforce in the region over the next year, creating new career opportunities for locals in the tech and gaming industries. The new studio has already seen high demand from major clients, driving the need for expanded premises and generating at least 100 jobs in QA, art, and co-development services. According to CEO Deborah Kirkham, the company's 50% year-over-year growth has exceeded expectations, solidifying its position as one of the largest full-service gaming companies in the continent. Sébastien Bisch, VP of regional operations for the Americas, attributes the studio's success to its ability to attract and recruit highly motivated and skilled talent, with plans already underway to lease an additional floor and double the studio's size.
