Jade Raymond Steps Down as Founder and CEO of Haven Studios

In a significant shift, Jade Raymond, the visionary founder and CEO of Haven Studios, has parted ways with the company. According to a report by Bloomberg, Marie-Eve Danis, executive producer, and Pierre-François Sapinski have been appointed as co-studio heads to lead the developer forward. Haven Studios, which was established by Raymond in 2021 and later acquired by PlayStation Studios in 2022, is currently working on its inaugural live-service title, Fairgames, announced in 2023. Initially slated for release this year, Fairgames has been delayed until spring 2026, as per Bloomberg. A spokesperson for PlayStation Studios expressed gratitude for Raymond's leadership and vision, wishing her well in her future endeavors. The new co-studio heads bring extensive industry experience, with Danis joining Haven in 2023 as executive producer, previously holding key roles at Epic Games and Ubisoft. Sapinski, formerly the head of production at Haven, has a rich background, including a 15-year tenure at Ubisoft and a stint as senior production designer at Google.
