Motorsport Games Receives $2.5 Million Investment from Pimax

Developer of Le Mans Ultimate, Motorsport Games, has successfully secured an investment of $2.5 million, led by the renowned virtual reality firm Pimax. The investment is aimed at accelerating the development of future products, bolstering the company's financial position, and providing working capital for general corporate expenses. The agreement, finalized on April 15, 2025, involved the issuance of 1.8 million Class A common stocks and a pre-funded warrant to purchase up to 377,836 shares of Class A common stock at $0.0001 per share. Motorsport Games' CEO and President, Stephen Hood, expressed his satisfaction with the investment, stating, "We are thrilled to have Pimax on board after a thorough evaluation process.
