Surpass Game Raises $1.5 Million in Pre-Seed Funding
Surpass Games has successfully secured $1.5 million in funding through a pre-seed investment round, with Laton Ventures taking the lead. According to reports from Mobidictum, the Turkish mobile game developer intends to allocate the funds towards expanding its team and refining its game development processes, with a focus on hybrid-casual puzzle games. "Our goal is to emerge as a leader in the hybrid casual market, and to achieve this, we will be rapidly expanding our team and accelerating our game development processes, thanks to this investment," stated Ensar Kelez, founder and CEO of Surpass Games. "By enhancing every aspect of our games, we aim to deliver higher-quality, more innovative experiences to our players. With the support of Laton Ventures, we are striving to become the fastest-growing and leading company in this market." Görkem Türk, co-founder of Laton Ventures, added: "Ensar boasts extensive experience, having been deeply involved in successful hybrid-casual projects in the past. "Surpass has demonstrated its ability to establish a strong team in a remarkably short period. Surpass Games was established in January 2025, with Ensar Kelez at the helm. The leadership team comprises director of data analysis Bahadır Kelez, human resources manager Begüm Özdemir, finance manager Sedat Şeker, and senior game developer Yiğit Can Kus.
