Gamescom Asia and Thailand Game Show Unite Under a New Banner

In a historic move, Gamescom Asia and the Thailand Game Show have joined forces to create Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show, slated to launch in October. This merger brings together the global reach of Gamescom Asia and the vibrant fan culture of the Thailand Game Show, promising an unparalleled gaming experience. Previously, Gamescom Asia drew over 40,000 attendees from 78 countries and featured 177 exhibitors in 2024, while the Thailand Game Show attracted over 185,000 visitors and 50 exhibitors. The partnership is hailed as a 'game-changer' for the region's gaming industry, leveraging Gamescom Asia's established presence in Singapore since 2021 and the Thailand Game Show's passionate gaming community. By combining their strengths, they aim to connect global gamers with one of the world's most dynamic gaming ecosystems, positioning Bangkok as a key stage for this new chapter. The collaboration is expected to elevate Thailand's gaming industry, solidifying its position as a premier gaming hub in Asia with strong governmental support. Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show will be a multifaceted event, featuring a business area, industry conference sessions, and an entertainment zone with the latest games, esports, cosplay, and live experiences, taking place at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok from 16 to 19 October 2025.
