Square Enix Discontinues Support for Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles on iOS

Square Enix has confirmed that it will cease support for the iOS version of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered. The company stated that it became aware of issues related to in-app purchases caused by alterations to the in-app purchases model. Following further investigation, it was found that the bug could not be fully resolved, and as a result, the decision was made to end support for the game on iOS. Customers who purchased additional content from January 2024 onwards are eligible for refunds, which can be initiated by contacting Apple's support team. Square Enix recommends that customers with inquiries about the refund process reach out to its customer support center by August 31, 2025. Although the game will no longer be supported on iOS, it will remain available on other platforms.
