OV Entertainment Bolsters Strategic Board with Key Appointments

OV Entertainment has expanded its strategic board with the addition of several key members. The move is part of a broader strategy to "take bold strides in accelerating the growth of its subsidiaries" and "amplify OV Entertainment's capabilities in delivering cutting-edge gaming development and entertainment solutions, while driving innovation and growth across its subsidiaries, including Kokku and The OGS. As part of this initiative, the company has consolidated its client relations department, appointing Carlos Estigarribia, formerly head of business development at Kokku, as Vice President of Client Relations. Mea Nilimaa will assume Estigarribia's previous role at Kokku. Estigarribia's new role will involve "driving growth through bespoke solutions that leverage each subsidiary's unique expertise, ensuring the group's goal of mitigating risks through a collaborative company structure." Additionally, JF Carrier, formerly head of art at Kokku, will take on the role of Senior Client Partner, focusing on "establishing OV Entertainment's subsidiaries as industry benchmarks in game development, with a particular emphasis on expanding growth within North American studios." Tamir Nadav, currently head of creative at Kokku, will also serve as acting head of art, "unifying leadership across both departments to enhance synergy and innovation." Marina Maranhão has joined the board as General Counsel. According to CEO Thiago De Freitas, "this centralized approach not only enables our dedicated business development teams at Kokku and The Original Gangsters to focus on cultivating new relationships but also enhances communication and client focus." The streamlined structure is expected to "foster mutual benefits for OV companies and their partners by improving collaboration and ensuring seamless project execution."
