James Wan to Bring Pacific Drive to Television

The indie horror game Pacific Drive is the latest to receive a Hollywood adaptation. According to Variety, renowned filmmaker James Wan has acquired the rights to develop the driving game into a television series through his production company, Atomic Monster. Wan will serve as executive producer alongside Michael Clear and Rob Hackett from Atomic Monster, as well as Jeff Ludwig from The Menagerie Productions. Currently, the series is not yet affiliated with a specific streaming platform. Pacific Drive, a survival horror game by Ironwood Studio, has achieved significant success with over 600,000 copies sold worldwide. Additionally, Red Barrels has recently partnered with Lionsgate Studios and producer Roy Lee to create a film based on the Outlast franchise.
