Informa, the publisher behind the prominent B2B games industry website Game Developer, has announced a merger with TechTarget, resulting in the formation of Informa TechTarget. In an official statement, the newly merged company expressed its ambition to become a leading accelerator for the technology sector, providing services designed to expedite companies' paths to market and revenue. This strategic union brings together a workforce of over 2000 individuals and serves a global customer base of 7500. Informa TechTarget aims to offer technology vendors robust solutions, leveraging its distinctive B2B audiences, intent data, and specialized expertise. CEO Gary Nugent expressed enthusiasm about combining the strengths of both companies.
