Pokémon TCG Pocket Achieves Over $200 Million in Revenue Within its First Month

According to estimates from AppMagic, the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket has generated a staggering $208 million in revenue during its inaugural month. The mobile game, as reported by Pocket Gamer, averaged daily player spending of $6.5 million, with a notable spike to $8.4 million on November 22 following a special event, resulting in a 20% increase in daily revenue. The game's weekly earnings peaked in its third week at $51.1 million, before dipping by 3% to $49.7 million in the fourth week. Japan remains the primary market for the game, accounting for 42% of total player expenditure at $90.1 million, while the US follows, albeit with a 27% decline to $58.2 million after the game surpassed the $100 million revenue milestone. Initially launched on October 30, 2024, Pokémon TCG Pocket amassed $12 million in its first four days and went on to exceed $100 million in under three weeks.
