Winking Studio Secures $10 Million in Dual Listing on London Stock Exchange

Winking Studios, a prominent outsourcing and development firm, has successfully raised £7.9m ($10.1m) through its dual listing on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange, bolstering its existing $30m cash reserves to fuel mergers, acquisitions, and expansion into European and North American markets. The listing was backed by Acer Group, the company's majority shareholder. Notably, Winking Studios collaborates with 22 of the world's top 25 game developers, including notable partners like Activision, EA, and Ubisoft, on iconic franchises such as Call of Duty, FIFA, and Assassin's Creed. According to Johnny Jan, founder and CEO of Winking Studios, the dual listing is expected to support the company's global growth ambitions. Jan emphasized that London is a strategic choice, offering a foothold in a market renowned for its understanding of the global gaming industry and its support for international companies like Winking Studios. With a proven track record and a strong presence in a rapidly growing industry, the company aims to leverage its success and capitalize on the industry's fragmented landscape to drive future growth.
