Testronic has announced a series of high‑level appointments across its worldwide operations, underscoring the company’s commitment to expanding its leadership bench and strengthening client services. The most prominent addition is Mike Guttman, who has been named Vice President of Senior Partnerships.

In this role, Guttman will oversee the cultivation and management of strategic relationships with Testronic’s most important partners, ensuring that the company’s service delivery aligns closely with the evolving needs of the gaming and interactive entertainment industry. Guttman arrives with a robust background in client‑facing roles. Prior to joining Testronic, he spent several years as a client partner at Keywords Studios, where he was responsible for nurturing large‑scale accounts and driving revenue growth across multiple regions.

He also held the position of Senior Business Development Manager, a role that sharpened his ability to identify market opportunities, negotiate complex contracts, and build cross‑functional teams that can deliver on ambitious project goals. His experience in both strategic planning and hands‑on execution makes him well‑suited to guide Testronic’s senior partnership initiatives.

Supporting Guttman’s efforts is Nicole Closson, who has been recruited as Business Development Manager. Closson’s mandate is to broaden commercial coverage and provide additional support to partners both within the region and on a global scale. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous tenure at Keywords Studios, where she served as an Enterprise Account Executive, managing high‑value accounts and driving multi‑year agreements. Before that, she worked at Unity as a Senior Account Executive for the Parsec and SyncSketch platforms, giving her deep insight into the tools and workflows that modern developers rely on.

Together, Guttman and Closson form a complementary duo designed to enhance Testronic’s market reach and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients. In the European hub of Warsaw, Testronic has appointed Mateusz Kałuża as QA Director. Kałuża’s career has been built around senior testing positions at Lionbridge Games, where he honed his expertise in quality assurance for complex, multi‑platform titles. In his own words, "Warsaw brings together deep QA expertise, experience and a real understanding of what developers need from a testing partner." He emphasized that the company’s ongoing investment in the local team will continue to grow that expertise, integrate it with Testronic’s broader global capabilities, and ensure consistent delivery for partners regardless of their geographic location.

Kałuża’s appointment signals Testronic’s intention to cement Warsaw as a central node in its worldwide QA network, leveraging local talent while maintaining a seamless connection to the company’s international service standards. Adding to the leadership roster is Lily Guerreiro, who steps into the role of Global Partnerships Senior Manager.

Guerreiro previously held the position of Global Business Development Manager at Keywords Studios, where she was responsible for expanding the firm’s footprint across multiple continents. Her experience in scaling business development initiatives and managing cross‑border collaborations will be instrumental as Testronic seeks to deepen its relationships with large studios and emerging developers alike. The Manila Centre of Excellence also sees significant senior appointments. Daniel Bowie Soriano joins as Senior QA Manager, bringing a strong technical background and a track record of leading testing teams through complex project cycles.

Working alongside him is Ivan Balanay, who has been named QA Trainer. Balanay’s role is explicitly tied to Testronic’s investment in the Testronic Academy, an internal training program aimed at cultivating the next generation of QA professionals.

The company highlighted that Balanay’s appointment "further supports our investment in developing the Testronic Academy and building the next generation of QA expertise," underscoring the strategic importance of education and skill development within the organization. Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald commented on the broader significance of these appointments, stating, "Our Centres of Excellence bring together talented people, specialist expertise and leadership, and connect those capabilities across a genuinely global organisation." He added that the recent investments in New Orleans, Warsaw and Manila, together with the established presence in London, "further strengthen the expertise available to our partners.

By continuing to invest in outstanding people, we can deliver an exceptional Player‑Focused, Partner‑First and Outcomes‑Led service to our clients." These leadership changes come on the heels of a major executive reshuffle earlier in the month, when Testronic named Sonia Kerr as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Sharon Baylay‑Bell, who transitioned to the role of company chair. Alongside Kerr, Michael Fitzgerald was confirmed as CRO, while Samantha Williams took on the duties of Chief Commercial Officer. Fitzgerald’s background includes a stint as a client partner at Keywords Studios, providing him with a deep understanding of the client services landscape. Williams, previously Testronic’s global CRO and head of Europe, brings extensive experience in commercial strategy and market expansion.

Overall, Testronic’s recent appointments reflect a deliberate strategy to reinforce its leadership talent pool across key geographic locations. By bringing in seasoned professionals with proven track records in business development, quality assurance, and partnership management, the company aims to enhance its service offering, accelerate growth, and maintain a high standard of quality for its global client base. The expanded senior team is expected to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and deepen the collaborative relationships that are essential for success in the fast‑evolving gaming industry.
