Testronic has announced a series of high‑level appointments across its worldwide operations, underscoring the company’s commitment to expanding its leadership bench and enhancing service delivery for its clients. Central to these moves is the elevation of Mike Guttman to the role of Vice President of Senior Partnerships. Guttman arrives with a robust background in client relationship management, having previously held the position of client partner at Keywords Studios, where he was responsible for nurturing strategic accounts and driving growth across multiple market segments. Prior to that, he served as a senior business development manager, a role that equipped him with deep insights into market dynamics, partnership cultivation, and revenue generation.

Supporting Guttman in the drive to broaden Testronic’s commercial reach is Nicole Closson, who joins as Business Development Manager. Closson’s mandate is to "further enhance commercial coverage and support partners in the region and worldwide," a goal that reflects Testronic’s ambition to provide more comprehensive, end‑to‑end solutions for its clientele.

Before coming to Testronic, Closson built a solid track record at Keywords Studios as an enterprise account executive, where she managed large‑scale contracts and delivered tailored solutions for high‑profile gaming studios. She also spent time at Unity, acting as senior account executive for the Parsec and SyncSketch products, where she honed her skills in negotiating complex licensing agreements and fostering long‑term strategic alliances. In the European hub of Warsaw, the company has appointed Mateusz Kałuża as QA Director. Kałuża brings a wealth of experience from his previous senior testing roles at Lionbridge Games, where he oversaw quality assurance pipelines for a variety of AAA titles and indie projects alike.

"Warsaw brings together deep QA expertise, experience and a real understanding of what developers need from a testing partner," Kałuża explained. "Our continued investment in the team ensures we grow that expertise locally, fully connect it with Testronic's wider global capabilities and deliver consistently for partners wherever they are based." His appointment signals Testronic’s intent to leverage Poland’s strong technical talent pool and to integrate that local knowledge with its broader, globally distributed testing framework. Adding to the senior leadership roster, Lily Guerreiro has been named Global Partnerships Senior Manager.

Guerreiro previously served as Global Business Development Manager at Keywords Studios, where she was instrumental in establishing cross‑border partnerships and expanding the firm’s footprint in emerging markets. Her expertise in aligning partnership strategies with product roadmaps will be valuable as Testronic seeks to deepen relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

The Manila Centre of Excellence, a critical node in Testronic’s global delivery network, also sees new senior talent. Daniel Bowie Soriano steps into the role of Senior QA Manager, bringing a decade of hands‑on testing experience across mobile, console, and PC platforms.

Working alongside him is Ivan Balanay, appointed as QA Trainer. Balanay’s role is described as "further supporting [Testronic’s] investment in developing the Testronic Academy and building the next generation of QA expertise." Together, they will be responsible for up‑skilling staff, standardising testing methodologies, and ensuring that the Manila team remains at the cutting edge of quality assurance practices. Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald highlighted the strategic importance of these appointments, stating, "Our Centres of Excellence bring together talented people, specialist expertise and leadership, and connect those capabilities across a genuinely global organisation." He continued, "The investments we are making in New Orleans, Warsaw and Manila, alongside our presence in London, further strengthen the expertise available to our partners. By continuing to invest in outstanding people, we can deliver an exceptional Player‑Focused, Partner‑First and Outcomes‑Led service to our clients." Fitzgerald’s comments reflect a broader corporate philosophy that prioritises a seamless blend of regional expertise with a unified global service model.

These leadership changes come on the heels of a broader executive reshuffle earlier in the month, when Testronic appointed Sonia Kerr as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Sharon Baylay‑Bell, who transitioned to the role of company chair. The appointment of Fitzgerald as CRO and Samantha Williams as Chief Commercial Officer further rounds out the senior management team. Fitzgerald, like Guttman, previously held a client partner role at Keywords Studios, while Williams served as Testronic’s global CRO and head of Europe, bringing a deep understanding of the company’s commercial operations and market positioning. Collectively, these moves illustrate Testronic’s strategic emphasis on reinforcing its leadership pipeline, expanding geographic reach, and deepening technical expertise across its Centres of Excellence.

By integrating seasoned professionals from industry‑leading firms such as Keywords Studios and Unity, the company aims to enhance its value proposition for game developers, publishers, and interactive media creators worldwide. The expanded leadership team is expected to drive innovation in testing methodologies, accelerate the rollout of new quality assurance tools, and foster stronger, more collaborative partnerships with clients, ultimately positioning Testronic as a premier, player‑centric service provider in the competitive gaming ecosystem.
