Stillfront Removes Founder and CEO from Position

The founder and CEO of Stillfront, Jörgen Larsson, has been removed from his position. The company's board of directors has begun searching for a new CEO and has appointed Alexis Bonte, the former president of publishing and business acceleration, as the interim CEO. According to Chair Katarina Bonde, despite Stillfront's strong financial position, the board believes that new leadership is required to drive the company forward and achieve its goals. The decision to replace the CEO is part of the company's efforts to improve growth and reduce costs, as outlined in the new management structure announced in September 2024. The former CEO expressed pride in the company's progress and stated that he will remain a significant shareholder. The company aims to enhance organic growth, profitability, and transparency by dividing operations into three business areas and increasing focus on key franchises. The optimization activities are expected to be fully implemented by the fourth quarter of 2025 and generate annual cost savings of 200 to 250 MSEK.
