FromSoftware Announces 11.8% Average Salary Hike

FromSoftware has revealed plans to introduce an average basic salary increase of around 11.8% for its employees, effective April 2025. The company will also raise the starting salary for new graduates to ¥300,000, up from ¥260,000. According to the developer, this move aims to provide employees with a stable income and a fulfilling work environment. The policy is part of a broader effort to create an attractive workplace, with the salary adjustments being a key implementation. Previously, starting salaries at FromSoftware were reported to be around ¥220,000 per month in 2022.
