Veterans from Capcom, Ubisoft, WayForward, and Riot Unite to Form Pahdo Labs

A group of seasoned developers, formerly of Capcom, Ubisoft, WayForward, and Riot Games, have joined forces to establish Pahdo Labs. The studio aims to create a game that offers a rich, engaging experience, allowing players to dedicate thousands of hours to mastering the gameplay, making a lasting impact in a shared virtual world, and cultivating a sense of community. Pahdo Labs' debut project, the co-op roguelike action RPG Starlight Re:Volver, is expected to launch on Steam via early access in the coming year. The team's guiding principles include fostering a culture of ownership, embracing self-reflection, striving for long-term excellence, and leveraging data-driven insights. As outlined on their website, the studio's mission is to craft a player-driven virtual world where individuals can contribute meaningfully, share their creative accomplishments, and forge lasting connections with others.
