Lighthouse Games is relocating its operations to a newly acquired office in Leamington Spa, a move that aligns with the company's plans for expansion and the development of a new project. The transition involves shifting from its previous office at Marlborough House to a more spacious 20,000 square foot area at Imperial Court, where the company will occupy four floors. This strategic move follows an investment from Tencent last July, facilitated through a deal brokered by Jonathan Blood, director of property agency Wareing & Company. According to Nick Craig, Operations Director at Lighthouse Games, "Our previous office could no longer support our rapid growth, prompting us to seek new premises. The Imperial Court property meets several of our key criteria, including ample parking for staff, proximity to local eateries and bars for socialization, and sufficient space for future expansion." Jonathan Blood noted, "This transaction underscores the resilience of Leamington's office market compared to similar-sized towns and highlights the video game industry's confidence in the area. Imperial Court stands out as one of the town's most prominent office buildings, offering the versatility and accessibility that Lighthouse Games found particularly appealing."
