Arkadium Expands into Publishing

Arkadium, a leading online gaming platform, has unveiled a publishing service designed to support browser-based game developers. Following the success of its developer program launched in April, the company is now offering third-party publishing services to help developers reach a wider audience. To further support developers, Arkadium has established a $1 million fund that will provide financial assistance and resources. The company has also announced a partnership with Sony Pictures Entertainment to release the official 'Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?' game. Additionally, six new titles have been revealed under the publishing arm, including 'Categories' and 'Room Escape' by Article 19, 'Element Blocks' and 'Zoo Boom' by Famobi, 'Multiplayer Chess Online' by Foony, and 'Ridella' by Dylan Kappor. According to Dan Butchko, Arkadium's director of developer relations, 'Our publishing initiative is a natural extension of our 'Arkadium for Developers' program, offering even more resources for game developers to thrive in the browser-based gaming space.' Butchko added, 'This move marks the next phase in our growth as a leader in the browser-based game sector, as we work to create the world's premier gaming platform in collaboration with innovative and passionate game creators.'
