Microsoft Sees Surge in Xbox Revenues Thanks to Activision, Despite Decline in Hardware Sales

The Xbox content and services revenue saw the most significant growth, increasing by 61%, and is expected to continue growing in the next quarter. In contrast, Xbox hardware revenue decreased by 42% and is predicted to decline further. The company's CEO, Satya Nadella, highlighted the strength of the upcoming Xbox release slate and the platform's 500 million monthly active users across all devices.
