Testronic has announced a series of high‑level appointments across its worldwide operations, the most prominent being the selection of Mike Guttman as Vice President of Senior Partnerships. Guttman arrives with a robust background in client relationship management, having previously held the role of client partner at Keywords Studios, where he was responsible for nurturing large‑scale accounts and driving strategic growth.

Prior to that, he served as a senior business development manager, gaining extensive experience in identifying new market opportunities and building long‑term partnerships. In his new capacity at Testronic, Guttman will oversee the development and execution of senior‑level partnership strategies, ensuring that the company’s services align closely with the evolving needs of its global client base. Supporting Guttman’s initiatives, Nicole Closson has been brought on board as Business Development Manager.

Closson’s mandate is to broaden commercial coverage and provide dedicated support to partners both regionally and worldwide. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous tenure at Keywords Studios, where she worked as an enterprise account executive, as well as from her time at Unity, where she served as senior account executive for the Parsec and SyncSketch products. Her deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and her proven ability to manage complex client portfolios will be instrumental in expanding Testronic’s reach and enhancing service delivery. In the European hub of Warsaw, the company has promoted Mateusz Kałuża to the role of QA Director.

Kałuża’s appointment follows a successful career in senior testing positions at Lionbridge Games, where he honed his expertise in quality assurance processes for interactive entertainment. Speaking about his new responsibilities, Kałuża noted, "Warsaw brings together deep QA expertise, experience and a real understanding of what developers need from a testing partner. Our continued investment in the team ensures we grow that expertise locally, fully connect it with Testronic's wider global capabilities and deliver consistently for partners wherever they are based." His leadership is expected to reinforce Testronic’s commitment to delivering high‑quality testing services that meet the exacting standards of modern game developers.

Further strengthening the global partnerships team, Lily Guerreiro has joined as Global Partnerships Senior Manager. Guerreiro previously held the position of Global Business Development Manager at Keywords Studios, where she was responsible for cultivating relationships with major industry players and driving cross‑regional collaboration.

Her experience in coordinating large‑scale partnership initiatives will be valuable as Testronic seeks to deepen its integration with strategic allies across multiple markets. The Manila Centre of Excellence, a critical node in Testronic’s service network, has also seen senior appointments. Daniel Bowie Soriano has been named Senior QA Manager, bringing a strong technical background and a track record of leading QA teams in fast‑paced environments. Alongside him, Ivan Balanay has taken on the role of QA Trainer.

Balanay’s appointment is described as a key component of Testronic’s investment in the Testronic Academy, an internal program designed to develop the next generation of quality assurance professionals. By focusing on rigorous training and mentorship, the Academy aims to elevate industry standards and ensure a pipeline of skilled talent ready to meet client demands. Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald highlighted the strategic importance of these appointments, stating, "Our Centres of Excellence bring together talented people, specialist expertise and leadership, and connect those capabilities across a genuinely global organisation. The investments we are making in New Orleans, Warsaw and Manila, alongside our presence in London, further strengthen the expertise available to our partners.

By continuing to invest in outstanding people, we can deliver an exceptional Player‑Focused, Partner‑First and Outcomes‑Led service to our clients." Fitzgerald’s comments underscore Testronic’s philosophy of leveraging localized expertise while maintaining a cohesive, worldwide service model. In addition to the senior leadership changes mentioned above, Testronic recently appointed Sonia Kerr as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Sharon Baylay‑Bell, who transitioned to the role of company chair. This leadership shift marks a new chapter for the firm, with Kerr expected to steer strategic growth and further embed a culture of innovation. Michael Fitzgerald was also confirmed as Chief Revenue Officer, while Samantha Williams was named Chief Commercial Officer.

Fitzgerald previously served as a client partner at Keywords Studios, bringing deep industry insights to his CRO role, whereas Williams, who previously held the position of global CRO and head of Europe at Testronic, will focus on expanding commercial opportunities and enhancing client relationships. Collectively, these appointments reflect Testronic’s deliberate strategy to reinforce its leadership bench with seasoned professionals who possess both sector‑specific knowledge and a proven ability to drive growth.

By aligning senior talent across its key geographic centers—New Orleans, Warsaw, Manila, and London—the company positions itself to deliver more nuanced, locally informed services while maintaining a unified global standard. This approach not only benefits existing partners through enhanced support and expertise but also signals to prospective clients that Testronic is committed to continuous improvement, investment in people, and the delivery of high‑quality, outcome‑driven solutions in the rapidly evolving gaming and interactive entertainment landscape.
