My.Games Offloads DonationAlerts and Boosty to Refocus on Core Business

My.Games has announced the sale of its non-core businesses, including DonationAlerts and Boosty, marking a strategic shift towards its primary focus on game development and publishing. A binding agreement has been reached with Pavel Kharaneka, founder of Broadsmart Group, to acquire the CEBC subsidiary, which is expected to be finalized by year-end. Although the terms of the sale remain undisclosed, My.Games emphasizes that this move allows the company to dedicate its resources to its core business. DonationAlerts is a platform designed to facilitate communication and monetization for streamers across various creative niches, while Boosty provides a centralized hub for fans to follow their favorite content creators. According to Elena Grigorian, CEO of My.Games, the company initiated a restructuring process in 2023, which led to the separation of non-game development and publishing businesses under CEBC. The sale of these assets is a deliberate step towards concentrating the company's efforts on creating exceptional gaming experiences worldwide. Kharaneka expressed his enthusiasm for expanding his portfolio with digital business assets, recognizing the potential of Boosty and DonationAlerts in the era of digital content.
