Elden Ring Secures a Spot in June's Top Five Revenue Charts

Following the launch of its Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, Elden Ring has seen a significant surge, rising 18 positions to claim the third spot in Newzoo's overall revenue rankings for June. Additionally, the game has entered the top 20 of the monthly active user engagement charts at number 13, marking a substantial leap from its previous 27th position in May. Fortnite and EA Sports FC 24 retained their top two positions in the revenue chart across all platforms, while Destiny 2 climbed three spots to fifth place. Final Fantasy 14 Online experienced a notable rise from 33 to 17 prior to the release of its Dawntrail expansion on July 2. Meanwhile, Overwatch 1 and 2 secured the 18th spot after the launch of season 11 on June 20. Although Luigi's Mansion 2 HD did not break into the overall top 20 revenue charts, it rapidly rose to second place on the Switch revenue charts within three days of its June 27 release. Metroid Prime: Remastered also saw a substantial jump of 65 spots to 13th place on the Switch revenue charts, driven by the announcement of Metroid Prime 4: Beyond's 2025 launch.
