Ubisoft to Share Insights on Neurodiversity at GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit

Pierre Escaich, Director of Ubisoft's Neurodiversity Talent Program, is set to speak at the upcoming GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit in London this September. His talk, 'Neurodiversity in the game industry: unlocking hidden talents,' will focus on promoting diversity and inclusion in the gaming industry. Escaich, a 26-year veteran of the industry and father of neurodiverse children, has established a dedicated Employee Resource Group and oversees Ubisoft's Neurodiversity Talent Program, which aims to support neurodiverse employees in reaching their full potential. He will be joined by Lisa Opie, Managing Director of Ubisoft Reflections and Ubisoft Leamington, who will take part in a panel exploring the varying work expectations among employees from different generations. The event, scheduled for September 18 at The Royal Institution in London, will feature a range of speakers covering topics such as leadership, AI, mental health, and diversity. Other notable speakers include Emma Smith from Hestia Talent, Sarah Brewster of FreshSeed, and Sheila Attwood of Brightmine. The summit will conclude with the 2024 Best Places To Work Awards, and tickets are available for purchase. Following last year's sold-out event, this year's summit promises to deliver even more value with roundtable sessions, breakout spaces, and networking opportunities. Amiqus is sponsoring the event, and companies interested in participating in the 2024 Best Places To Work Awards can submit their entries now.
