Sony Confirmed to Participate in Tokyo Game Show 2024

Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced its plans to attend the upcoming Tokyo Game Show, marking its return to the event after a partial absence in recent years. According to a report by VGC, the company's last full attendance was in 2019, although it did showcase a selection of indie titles at the show in 2023. Sony has already unveiled its lineup for 2024 through a digital State of Play presentation in May, featuring titles such as Concord, PC versions of Until Dawn and God of War, and Astro Bot, all of which are set to launch before the event. Initially, there were doubts about Sony's participation in the Tokyo Game Show, especially given its decision to skip this year's Gamescom. The Tokyo Game Show 2024 is scheduled to take place from September 26 to 29, 2024, at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, with other notable attendees including Capcom, Bandai Namco, Konami, Sega, and Square Enix.
