As noted by PocketGamer, since its launch on May 29, the game has experienced a steady decline in revenue, hitting a low of $3.7 million during the week of June 17, before slightly rebounding to $3.9 million the following week. The game saw 40 million downloads across the App Store and Google Play during this period, with the majority occurring shortly after launch. The US led in both downloads and player expenditure. On its launch day, Squad Busters is estimated to have generated $1.1 million and garnered approximately 8.8 million downloads. For comparison, Brawl Stars earned $43 million in its first month in 2018, a figure 79% higher than Squad Busters', while Clash Royale amassed $115 million in its first 30 days after launching in 2016.
