Don't Nod Postpones Lost Records to Prevent Conflict with Upcoming Life Is Strange Release

Don't Nod has announced a delay in the release of its new IP, Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, to prevent a clash with the forthcoming Life Is Strange installment, a series that was initially developed by Don't Nod. The launch window has been shifted from late 2024 to early 2025, as stated in a press release, which cited an in-depth analysis of recent industry trends and developments. With Life Is Strange: Double Exposure, developed by Deck Nine, scheduled for release on October 29, Don't Nod believes the delay will ultimately benefit both titles. According to Don't Nod CEO Oskar Guilbert, the decision aims to give both games the necessary space to be fully appreciated by the community. Guilbert expressed confidence that the wait for Lost Records: Bloom & Rage will be worthwhile, anticipating that it will become another memorable addition to the Don't Nod universe. The game, similar to Life Is Strange, is a narrative adventure that revolves around a group of teenagers entangled in a supernatural mystery.
