Baldur's Gate 3 Earns Additional Game of the Year Accolades at the Gayming Awards

The results of the Gayming Awards are in, with Larian Studios' Baldur's Gate 3 receiving further recognition. The game took home the prestigious Game of the Year award, as well as the Gayming Magazine Readers' Award. Additionally, it won a third award for Shadowheart, who was voted the best LGBTQ+ character. The Gayming Icon award was presented to Jeremy Crawford of Wizards of the Coast in acknowledgment of his efforts to support and represent the LGBTQ community in Dungeons and Dragons. Meanwhile, Outerloop Games' Thirsty Suitors won two awards: Best LGBTQ+ Indie Game and Authentic Representation. The winners were announced during a livestream as part of IGN's Summer of Gaming. The winners include Thirsty Suitors for Authentic Representation and Best LGBTQ+ Indie Game, Shadowheart from Baldur's Gate 3 for Best LGBTQ+ Character, and Jeremy Crawford as the Gayming Icon.
