Astrocade AI Secures Significant Seed Funding of $12 Million

Astrocade AI has successfully raised $12 million in its seed funding round, marking a significant milestone for the company. The funds will be utilized to further develop its cutting-edge AI-powered social gaming platform, currently in closed alpha testing. This platform allows users to create, modify, and engage with games in a dynamic environment. Key investors, including AME Cloud Ventures, NVIDIA Ventures, and Venture Reality Fund, have contributed to the funding. Additionally, prominent figures such as John Riccitiello, former CEO of Unity, Eric Schmidt, chairman of Google, Niccolo De Masi, CEO of Glu, David Baszucki, founder and CEO of Roblox, and Jerry Yang, co-founder of Yahoo, have also invested in the company. Founded in late 2022 by CEO Amir Sadeghian, CTO Ali Sadeghian, and CSO Fei-Fei Li, Astrocade is poised for growth.
