Xbox Showcase 2024 Unveils Exciting Lineup: New Doom, Gears of War, and More

Microsoft's Xbox Showcase 2024 was packed with major announcements, including the unveiling of a new Doom and Gears of War, as well as the debut trailer for Perfect Dark. The event also revealed the release date for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, set to launch on October 25, 2024. Bethesda's Doom: The Dark Ages and Xbox Game Studios' new Gears of War prequel, E-Day, are both slated for 2025 releases, with day-and-date availability on Game Pass. The Perfect Dark reboot from The Initiative and Crystal Dynamics will also launch on Game Pass, although a release date was not announced.
