Registration Now Open for the UK Games Industry's 2024 Salary Benchmarking Initiative

The UK games industry is encouraged to participate in the 2024 salary benchmarking project, a joint effort between GamesIndustry.biz and Brightmine, formerly known as XpertHR, a renowned benchmarking service used across various sectors. The pilot project, which was conducted last year, provided valuable insights into the industry's pay scales, aiming to support companies in fair compensation and talent retention. The 2024 program is currently underway and will run until the end of July, ensuring all submitted data remains confidential and anonymous. Participation is free, with a basic report provided to all contributors. Enhanced reporting and database access are available for a fee. Interested parties can register here.
