With over 12 years of experience in senior leadership roles at Paradox Interactive, Jorjani brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, having played a key role in the company's expansion. He has also served as chairman of indie publisher Hooded Horse and acts as a senior adviser for various games businesses. In an interview, Pilestedt expressed his desire to focus on game development, stating that he wants to prioritize his love for creating games, rather than being pulled towards the business side of things. Jorjani's appointment is expected to bring a new level of organization and leadership to the company, enabling Pilestedt to concentrate on his creative pursuits and drive the development of new games.
