Microsoft to Introduce Latest Call of Duty Game to Game Pass

According to reports, Microsoft is planning to include the latest installment of the Call of Duty series in its Xbox Game Pass subscription service. This move is reportedly designed to attract new subscribers. Although the game will be available on Game Pass, consumers will still have the option to purchase it separately for PC or console. The Wall Street Journal suggests that the official announcement will be made during the Xbox Games Showcase next month. The inclusion of Call of Duty in Game Pass was expected after Microsoft's $68.7 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard. Following the acquisition, the company expressed its intention to collaborate with Xbox to make its titles more accessible to a broader audience. In a social media post last October, the company stated that it would begin working with Xbox to bring its titles to more players worldwide once the deal was finalized. Meanwhile, other Activision Blizzard titles, such as Diablo 4, have already been added to the Game Pass catalog, with Diablo 4 being introduced in March.
