Pentiment and We Are OFK Receive Prestigious Peabody Awards

The winners of the 84th annual Peabody Awards have been announced, with Pentiment and We Are OFK being recognized among the recipients. Both games were awarded the Immersive and Interactive Award. Pentiment, developed by Obsidian Entertainment, is a historical narrative-driven game, while We Are OFK is an episodic adventure game created by Team OFK under the direction of Teddy Dief. A jury of 32 members selected the winners from over 1,100 entries across the entertainment and multimedia spectrum. According to Peabody executive director Jeffrey Jones, "The winners of the 84th Peabody Awards have created captivating and imaginative stories, whether it's through courageous documentation of global conflicts or bringing much-needed joy to audiences." Jones added, "These projects, spanning various mediums and genres, have delivered engaging experiences that deserve our highest accolades."
