Altera, an AI-focused startup, has successfully raised $9 million in its seed funding round, led by Patron and First Spark Ventures. Since its inception in December 2023, the company has now secured a total of $11.1 million in funding, including a pre-seed round in January. The newly acquired funds will be utilized to enhance the company's AI software and expand its team for future projects. The seed round also saw participation from notable investors such as A16Z Speedrun, Vamos Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and prominent individuals including Mitch Lasky, Stephen Lim, Greg Harper, Bob Meese, and Rich Aldrich.
