Testronic has announced a series of high‑level appointments across its worldwide operations, underscoring the company’s commitment to expanding its leadership bench and deepening its service capabilities. The most prominent addition is Mike Guttman, who has been named Vice President of Senior Partnerships. Guttman arrives with a robust background in client‑facing roles, having previously held the position of client partner at Keywords Studios and serving as a senior business development manager in earlier positions.

In his new capacity, he will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with Testronic’s most strategic accounts, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring that the company’s partnership model remains aligned with the evolving needs of its global clientele. Supporting Guttman’s efforts, Nicole Closson has been appointed Business Development Manager. Closson’s mandate is to broaden commercial coverage and provide additional support to partners both regionally and worldwide.

Her experience includes a tenure at Keywords Studios as an enterprise account executive, where she managed large‑scale client portfolios, as well as a role at Unity where she served as senior account executive for the Parsec and SyncSketch products. This blend of enterprise‑level sales expertise and deep familiarity with interactive media tools positions her to effectively bridge the gap between Testronic’s technical services and the business objectives of its partners. In the European hub of Warsaw, the company has elevated Mateusz Kałuża to the role of QA Director.

Kałuża brings a wealth of testing experience, most recently from senior testing positions at Lionbridge Games. He highlighted the strategic importance of the Warsaw office, noting, "Warsaw combines profound quality‑assurance knowledge, hands‑on experience, and a genuine insight into what developers require from a testing partner.

Our ongoing investment in the local team enables us to amplify that expertise, integrate it seamlessly with Testronic’s broader global network, and consistently deliver value to partners regardless of their location." Under his leadership, the Warsaw centre is expected to become a central node for delivering rigorous testing services across multiple platforms and genres. Adding to the senior leadership roster, Lily Guerreiro has joined as Global Partnerships Senior Manager. Guerreiro’s previous role as Global Business Development Manager at Keywords Studios equipped her with a worldwide perspective on partnership development, enabling her to coordinate cross‑regional initiatives and foster collaborative relationships that span continents. The Manila Centre of Excellence has also seen significant staffing enhancements.

Daniel Bowie Soriano has been promoted to Senior QA Manager, where he will oversee quality‑assurance operations and drive process improvements across the centre’s portfolio of projects. Complementing Soriano’s appointment, Ivan Balanay has taken on the role of QA Trainer. Balanay’s responsibilities include shaping the curriculum of the Testronic Academy, a training program designed to nurture the next generation of QA professionals.

The company emphasized that Balanay’s addition "further supports our investment in developing the Testronic Academy and building the next generation of QA expertise." Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald articulated the broader strategic vision behind these appointments, stating, "Our Centres of Excellence bring together talented people, specialist expertise, and leadership, and connect those capabilities across a genuinely global organisation. The investments we are making in New Orleans, Warsaw and Manila, alongside our presence in London, further strengthen the expertise available to our partners. By continuing to invest in outstanding people, we can deliver an exceptional Player‑Focused, Partner‑First and Outcomes‑Led service to our clients." Fitzgerald’s comments underscore Testronic’s philosophy of leveraging geographically dispersed talent pools to create a unified, high‑quality service offering.

These leadership changes follow a recent reshuffle at the company’s executive level. Earlier in the month, Testronic appointed Sonia Kerr as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Sharon Baylay‑Bell, who transitioned to the role of company chair. In tandem with Kerr’s appointment, Michael Fitzgerald was confirmed as Chief Revenue Officer, and Samantha Williams stepped into the role of Chief Commercial Officer.

Fitzgerald’s background includes a stint as a client partner at Keywords Studios, while Williams previously served as Testronic’s global CRO and head of Europe, bringing extensive commercial and operational experience to her new position. Collectively, these appointments signal Testronic’s aggressive strategy to bolster its leadership depth, enhance its service delivery capabilities, and cement its position as a premier partner for game developers and interactive media creators worldwide.

By aligning seasoned industry veterans with emerging talent across its global centres, Testronic aims to provide a seamless, high‑quality testing experience that meets the increasingly complex demands of modern game development pipelines.
