Dredge by Black Salt Games Set for Big Screen Adaptation

Black Salt Games has teamed up with Story Kitchen to turn its popular game Dredge into a live-action film. Story Kitchen, founded in 2022 by Dmitri M. Johnson, a producer of the Sonic The Hedgehog movie, specializes in bringing video game properties to life on the big and small screens. According to Black Salt Games, "We're thrilled to collaborate with such a seasoned studio to bring our world to life in a live-action format, sparking the imagination of a global audience." Dredge, a fishing adventure game released in March 2023, achieved significant commercial success, selling over a million units by October of the same year.
