Reef Creative Group Takes Majority Stake in Bitmap Bureau

Reef Creative Group has acquired a significant 70% share in the UK-based game development studio, Bitmap Bureau. Established in 2016 and led by Matthew Cope and Mike Tucker, Bitmap Bureau is headquartered in Southampton. The studio has garnered recognition for its titles, including 88 Heroes, Ninja Shodown, and Battle Axe. As part of this strategic move, Reef Entertainment, a subsidiary of Reef Creative Group, is set to co-develop two previously unannounced games in conjunction with Bitmap Bureau.
